However, when I arrived, I was informed that those prices were only available for orders placed through the app. Normally, this wouldn’t have been a big deal, but I only had cash on me at the time. I acknowledge that I might have missed the note indicating that the app exclusive pricing applied only to app orders, but I was a bit disappointed that they wouldn’t match the prices since I couldn’t place an order through the app without a card. As for accessibility, customers don’t even need to leave their cars if they don’t want to use the drive-thru. They can simply park at one of the stalls, place their order using the screen, and a staff member will bring the food right to their window.
