Unfortunately, the other chi... read more This restaurant is in dire need of a refresh. The chicken frequently tastes old, as if it has been left in the warmer for too long. Unfortunately, the other chicken spots in Arkadelphia don't offer anything better; the chicken at Chicken Express also has that same old taste. On a brighter note, I absolutely love the coleslaw at KFC!

The staff member corr... read more I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3-piece meal. When I received my order, I had to go inside because it wasn’t what I asked for. The staff member corrected it, but I didn’t get the complete order. I only realized this once I got home. I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back. Very disappointing.

On the bright side, the fries from their menu are almost always fresh and incredibly tasty!
