We sat in a seat facing the... read more It was a charming restaurant that was renovated from an old folk house into a cafe. The atmosphere was nice and the space was cozy. We sat in a seat facing the road. The view wasn't amazing, but the feeling of openness was nice. We ordered the recommended course for the day, which included sesame sauce sea bream rice bowl, fish broth soup, appetizers, and cheesecake with ice cream for dessert. The fish broth soup was comforting. The main rice bowl was neither outstanding nor disappointing. It seemed like it would have been tastier as ochazuke. The dessert was as expected, and the strong flavor of the cheesecake was delicious after the Japanese-style meal. The recommended course was 1500 yen. I thought it would have been even better if it came with coffee. I would like to go back to try a different menu.
