Nice warm and lot of wood decor, served by gentle staff who were efficient and waiting time was also normal (perhaps we came early at 19.30 hrs) but the place was already full. While paying we found a middle aged lady who was behind the cash counter, with NO SMILE, NO HELLO, NO THANK YOU, basically nothing, just filled up her cash till and that's it. I wonder being an owner is it too difficult to apply a basic hospitality mantra? If you are fed up of the people and made enough money from this pizzeria, than my suggestion is to retire by leaving this space for the professionals who know very well the power of a SMILE.

They have molti pizze, and specials, such as pa... read more Like almost all of our meals in Italy, this was squisito! We (two couples) had a really nice dinner at Cyrano's. They have molti pizze, and specials, such as pasta, meat, fish, etc. I had spaghetti with mussels and clams; the others had pizza (due margharite e uno di salsiccia). The desserts were wonderful. Everything was very well done. The place was packed on a Sunday night (opens 7 or 7:30). Service was not super fast, but that is not the point. Parking is tight, so you might have to walk a bit if you are late arriving. We did not call ahead, but that might be a good idea to confirm hours-not sure if they take reservations. Open Sunday, closed Mondays. It is Tuesday, and we are going again tonight. Buon apetito!

The pan pizz... read more The service and desserts were excellent. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the pizza, which was too thin and had a completely dry crust. The pan pizza looked more inviting; if I ever return, I'll try that.
