This Chinese restaurant is unbelievably delicious. Whether you order ramen or Chinese dishes, everything is delicious. The shop is famous for its meat soba. Personally, I love the spicy miso meat soba. They used to let you choose the spiciness level for the miso meat soba, but it seems they don't do that anymore. However, if you ask, they will still make it for you (laughs). The recently introduced Itabashi Black is also a hit. The chicken broth tori soba is also recommended, especially the spicy tori soba. Additionally, they have turned into a ramen specialty shop on Tuesdays, offering pork bone based ramen in soy sauce, miso, and salt flavors. According to a friend who often goes with me, they recently introduced a duck broth ramen, which was also unbelievably delicious. I have recommended this place to many friends, and they all seem to be hooked (laughs). When we're chatting with friends, our code phrase is "Should we go to Thailand?" (laughs). Thank you for always serving delicious ramen.
While visiting shrines, we came across this restaurant for lunch. Although we have passed by this street hundreds of times, we had never stopped by during lunchtime. So, we decided to try this place for the first time and ordered the most popular dish, meat soba with fried rice. Ordering was done through a touch panel system, and having images of the dishes was convenient. The soup was light soy sauce-based, with pork belly and onions, and grated radish as a nice touch. The noodles were cooked to our preferred firmness. The fried rice had plenty of ingredients, and ordering it as a set was worth it. With so many other tempting menu items, we look forward to coming back and trying something else next time.
