The combinations are never banal, vegan options are available, and the staff is young and knowledgeable. Attention to detail and choice of ingredients/producers. A must-try...and a return visit.

Informal yet very relaxed atmosphere, with a young, highly qualified but not overly strict staff. The seven-course tasting menu ranges from forest, lake, sea, and land, truly balanced and harmonious from one course to the next. If I had to single out one, I particularly enjoyed the wild boar tortellini, but the truth is that everything was top-notch. Great respect and attention to food preferences and intolerances.
