While I wasn't entirely sold on all the courses, I found the dishes consistently consistent with the restaurant's style. The cave cardoncello mushrooms were delicious. I really appreciated the young chef's greeting at the end of the meal, a thoughtful gesture he extended to all the tables.

The seven-course tasting menu exceeded my expectations, with excellent flavors and textures, thanks in part to the interesting ingredient pairings. The venue is beautiful and well-kept, with impeccable service and high levels of professionalism.

The staff is kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. We also had the opportunity to communicate with the chef, truly complimenting him on everything! From the refined dishes to the attention to detail throughout. Sintesi is truly a poem. Their dishes are verses to be savored with delicacy and a refined palate. Dining in a Michelin-starred restaurant makes all the difference, and you guided us into this wonderful world.
