The Keel Row pub and restaurant is nestled in the picturesque village of Fionnphort on the beautiful island of Mull, offering breathtaking views across the sea to the Isle of Iona. Our menu showcases the exceptional local produce of Mull and Iona, with freshly made meals that celebrate the finest ingredients from both land and sea. Join us for dinner starting at 5.00pm in our inviting restaurant, where you'll enjoy not only delectable dishes but also stunning coastal vistas—keep an eye out for dolphins! Families and dog owners will feel right at home in our cosy traditional pub, which serves lunch from 12 noon to 2.30pm. Our bar boasts a fantastic selection of drinks, including refreshing Scottish Ales and Gins, alongside non-alcoholic beverages and rich coffee. For those sunny days, our beer garden is the perfect spot to savor lunch while watching the sunset over Iona. From March to October, we'll be serving lunches and dinners from Tuesday through Sunday. While we take a break from food service on Mondays, hot pies are available in the bar for a quick bite. The pub is open every day, although please note that our hours are reduced during the winter months—check our Opening Hours page for details. To ensure you enjoy the best experience in our restaurant, please make a reservation between 5.00pm and 8.30pm, as we close at 10pm. Reservations are limited to four people; for larger parties, please make multiple bookings or reach out to us at [email protected]. While lunches and pub meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis, please be aware that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, although they are welcome in the pub—unless there is live music in the evening. Good friendly pub with tasty food, often local produce. Check out the specials we had lobster from Iona. Very popular place and evening booking essential.
A friendly warm welcome, the staff are fantastic. Food was great and there was live folk music being played in the corner of the bar. Drink selection was great too. We will be back!
Great evening for our first night out after a 9 hr drive from Manchester. Fantastic atmosphere with ad-hoc live music by Scott and his guitar. Food was delicious and service was wonderful. A lovely experience and the start of a great holiday on Mull.
We stopped here for lunch after visiting Iona. It's a charming place with a cozy fireplace. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Avocado poached eggs on toast and my husband had the tuna sandwich. Both dishes were delicious and high-quality.
I visited this restaurant a couple of times while staying at Fidden Farm. The pints were great, and the food was delicious. We booked in advance and our table was ready for us. Bringing our dog along was no problem. We were fortunate to be there on a Thursday night with Callie, who was fantastic and provided a local touch to our dining experience.
