While traveling down a narrow road near a waterhole, we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a place. It was the perfect opportunity to pause for a refreshing drink. The spacious, old building offered stunning views of the water, and we indulged in some delicious drinks and snacks at the bar. It was a lovely experience enjoying a relaxing drink while taking in the picturesque scenery before continuing our journey. View all feedback.
What Shirl W doesn't like about The Conservatory:
After a long journey to our hotel, we decided to dine in the conservatory. However, we were left waiting for menus for quite some time once we sat down. Even though we anticipated high prices, we were still taken aback by the cost. The menu selection was also limited. Regardless, we viewed it as a special occasion and excitedly awaited our meal. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was bland and overcooked. View all feedback.
We both ordered the burgers for our evening meal in the hotel, accompanied by chunky chips onion rings. Everything was freshly cooked delicious, the onion rings being the best I've ever had,
The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options, with hot food made to order. The staff was friendly and courteous.
We went with our grandchildren and we had great bar snacks in The conservatory lots of choice great value for money
Expensive, very slow service, pizza's and burgers aswell as a la carte, staff are all polite and cheery, we had a burger and it was tasty but £12 for fish and chips!!
Stunning scenery and good food for starter and main course. Very disappointed by poor choice of desserts.
