While some customers praise the cleanliness and helpful staff, others have criticized the lack of efficiency and quality of service. Complaints range from incorrect orders, slow service, and inefficient staff members to issues with cleanliness and organization. Despite some positive experiences with friendly staff and tasty food options, the overall consensus seems to be that improvements are needed to bring the store back to its former glory.
Seemed very clean. the staff was beautiful and helpful also patient when their new to subway and fight to form their spirit or be picky. the place is a little small, but apart from that it is a great place. eating is well prepared and tastes good. they get huge size shares for a so favorable price it is quite amazing.
Love this subway, personal are especially ross, which was extremely helpful and was nothing too much annoyed, took the time to explain various decisions, always beautiful when they are great staff they feel very welcome.

I understand that this place has recently changed hands but unlike the previous tenants they 2 new men haven’t a clue what their doing. This place is unfortunately finished. That’s it, that’s the review
Went in with a few mates on the 9th May, the place has recently changed owners i used to be a regular with the old management Laura and Stacey and they were great, absolutely brilliant. But since Subway changed hands the place has went so badly, was in today and the bloke couldn’t remember any orders (My grandad with dementia could do better) and the store was an absolute state, food on the floor and a smell of urine from the blocked off toilets. I had ordered my food and the bloke slowly clocked into action, making the bare minimum movements and lazily loading the sandwich up, the presentation was shocking and half the sandwich was falling out, when I went to pay the guy didn’t even know how to use the till, and he tried charging me the wrong amount. Won’t be coming back to the store until something changes heavily. Sandwich also looked like absolute sh
