Feedback
We had dinner at the restaurant, and the staff were wonderful. I ordered their version of fish and chips, which consisted of potato cubes prepared like patatas bravas and seasoned with seaweed, crowned with a beautiful piece of sea bass. The smoked tartare sauce was outstanding. Our waiter, Jez, was friendly and attentive. I will definitely make a reservation again the next time I'm on the island!
We received a warm welcome, enjoyed a beautiful ambiance, and were impressed by the refined and diverse menu. We truly loved our experience. The evening can be extended in a lounge while savoring tea or whisky.
I had a soup and a sandwich, with gluten-free bread upon request. It was a delightful snack, and the dogs were very happy to be allowed in the lounge. The staff was very helpful.
We had an excellent family dinner in the early evening that included three generations. The staff was wonderful—extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend the Ted Seafood dish; it was both delicious and visually appealing. It also served as a great introduction for the kids to some new culinary experiences. We enjoyed generous portions of fish, garden vegetables, and a delightful gnocchi that left us all happy and satisfied. The children polished off their plates of sausage, chips, and fish fingers after a long play session in the garden, and they even managed to find room for dessert—a local mulled ice cream. I absolutely love dessert and really enjoyed the mint and cinnamon yogurt topped with pistachios and berries. I can't wait to return and try the scallops! By the way, the house-made bread was exceptional.
The experience was wonderful overall, but I was a bit disappointed with the food. I ordered the wood-fired dish, and it was quite tough. Additionally, both servings had some inconsistencies. I understand that this is a risk in cooking, but it's surprising that both dishes were affected. It's definitely worth checking into.
