My main issue, which is quite significant, is that they are misleading customers with their advertised deals, and the staff seems unwilling to honor them. Essentially, you end up paying double the advertised price.

The Cold C... read more I'm very disappointed with our local Subway. We placed an online order for four items on March 6, 2021, and not a single item was prepared correctly. The Cold Cut Combo had only bologna–no ham or salami. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich was missing the cheese completely. The salad contained only about a quarter cup of actual lettuce. It’s clear that there is no pride in the food being made at this location. Once again, I’m extremely disappointed. We try to support local businesses, but this experience was just unacceptable.

They were out of pepper jack cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers also the lettuce was brown. Overall the veggies did not look fresh at all!! This place needs some help. Will not be coming back!!!!!
