There's a large menu posted at the entrance, but we chose the custom option: 3 ingredients for €5 (2 ingredients were €4 and 4 ingredients were €6). We had two sandwiches with raw sausage, stracciatella, and truffle sauce, with Tuscan bread. They were delicious! It's located in an area with exorbitant prices, which is what initially drew us to it, but I'd choose it again now. Highly recommended
