It's a shame the service doesn't keep up or lacks coordination with the kitchen. The appetizer is served before we've even finished our aperitif. Before we can even catch our breath, the next course arrives.

The service is far too rushed. We hadn't even finished our aperitif when the cold starter was served, followed by the lobster and dessert... all within an hour... phew, and on a weekday evening, out of season... This haste leaves little time to appreciate the dishes. This is typical of this establishment; four years ago, we experienced the same thing with rushed service. The chef has changed, but not the way they serve. It's all the more regrettable because this comment comes up frequently in customer reviews.
