It is different from other dried version of Rocoto... read more No doubt about the 5 stars! We ordered the rocoto relleno to begin and it is the best we had during the trip. It is different from other dried version of Rocoto Relleno we tasted in other restaurants because it was cooked for perfection to be very juicy, and with delicious melted cheese on the top. The traditional Cuy chactado is a must try during your Peru trip. It looks a little scary what I could say, but you won't regret it. The meat tastes somewhat as a mixture between crispy duck and juicy pork. It was great. We also got the Lomo a lo zingaro, which was also great.
