What User doesn't like about Sonccollay:
Overpriced tourist trap, unethical owner. Owners will try to bring you something expensive that you never ordered, never wanted. No matter that he invites you to the kitchen or tells you a little story. You shouldn't be fooled or forced to order something they don't want. There were no other diners who were a bad sign. You can visit the Plaza de Armas for free, then eat elsewhere a few blocks or more from the tourist... View all feedback. What User likes about Sonccollay:
This place was randomly found, but that was one of the best experiences in Peru. The cook Walter was so friendly and you could feel his love for eating. He invited us to his kitchen to have a look. The food was simply amazing....We had 8 ceviches in Peru before, but the river Hummer Ceviche was something different than amazing. Would someone come back to get the heart of Peruvian cuisine.
