Today I invited my friend for her birthday to Dimas and we wanted to treat ourselves good with success! The menu is packed with interesting choices and we went for the grilled octopus and the chupe de camarones as a starter. Followed by the alpaca steak which was super tender and the cheesy quinoa was the best side dish we could have asked for. Wow! Another highlight was the alpaca carpaccio. So good. Thank you.
