Boveda San Augustin - Arequipa

We chose this place for tea because of the great views of the square, and we weren't disappointed in these. I had steak and my partner a cheese potato mean(I forget the name) The food was average, good but nothing special. The only let...down was the service. I had to get up to get her attention and we were only one of 3 couples eating there at the time. In all,great views, average food, poor service and medium price range for Peru.

As it was one of the plaves open at 7 im the morning I went in to have breakfast here. Nice interior but the food was poor. I ordered American breakfast with fried egs and coffee. Both were lukewarm and I was able to eat...my eggs only because I was starving after a 10 hour bus ride. Avoid if you have got other choices.

We ordered a pasta dish and a plateful of chicken wings, and after half an hour we wondered if they had managed to find any chickens to de-wing. When the food finally arrived it was good. The point of visiting this restaurant/cafe however is to...be in this glorious plaza. It is not expensive, but come what may it is worth just sitting in such a setting.

Nice bar and food in Plaza de Armas I usually go late morning and have a beer or coffee and watch the world go by outside.

I was at this fancy restaurant the night before my brothers wedding. It was a private event and we had the upstairs to ourselves. My phone was stolen off the table. They had random people coming through trying to sell us chocolate, paintings, play music,...etc throughout the night. Very unprofessional . You should feel safe and be able to leave your phone unattended for a couple minutes without it getting stolen. Very disappointed.
