The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly—what more could you ask for? I dined in for breakfast and found it very affordable, with prices ranging from £1 to £10 per person. I recommend trying the Large Fry Regency Style; it was excellent!
The service was exceptional, and I had the best fries I’ve ever tasted in my life—definitely a 10/10! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5.

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is lovely. My only concern is that I wish there were more vegetarian and vegan options available.
The food was amazing, the service was quick and outstanding, and the seating area was immaculate.
We ordered coffee, which arrived lukewarm, and the milk was spoiled. There were floaties in it! I complained to the waitress, who took the coffee and milk away. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes, my wife had to go to the counter to ask for replacements. It was somewhat amusing to see the staff rushing around, removing milkshakes they had made before other customers could complain. My son ordered fries, which were generally okay, but when he cut into the egg, the white was raw in the middle. When my wife raised our concerns with the counter staff while paying, she expected them to call the manager, but they just apologized and took the payment. It’s unfortunate to write this review, especially since we used to frequent this place regularly before COVID.
Great food, brilliant service! Would highly recommend.
I know everyone has their go to place for the best fry and this is mine. Couple that with friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere every single time then will be back every time.

My husband and I have been going to the Regency for about 5 years now. The food is good the service is wonderful and all the staff so welcoming. Family run restaurant and I would highly recommend.
We both had the large fry it was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and social distancing was adhered too. Defo coming back again.
