I'm not impressed.

They should clear the lights out and doors in the main rest closed in my dear, not to supplement, it was quite strong raining, felt early to close.

You hear enough of that in NHS hospitals, where they're always concerned about food and hot drinks being too hot and the risk of someone getting burned. People just need to be more cautious. Unfortunately, there are some who can't be careful due to health issues—I have a brother in that situation.
