We were greeted and made... read more We visited here whilst staying overnight locally and, unfortunately, had limited time to sample the menu, but what we ate was splendid. We were greeted and made to feel very comfortable. We were even allowed to bring our Cocker Spaniel into the restaurant and, it appears that, well behaved dogs are welcome if not too large. The service was excellent and I was allowed to try wine before deciding which to order. We skipped the starters, due to our limited time slot but both chose the mixed grill, which was very tasty. The ambience is very French and we will return when we have more time to eat. The total cost of two main courses together with a complimentary starter and 500ml of good red wine was €50.00

The host, who is very friendly, speaks excellent English and was very helpful about what to order, notably for the vegetarian in our party. The food was delicious, too. We shall make a...point of eating here again if we are in the area. A real treat.
