Unfortunately, the new sand... read more I ordered a chicken sandwich, but it wasn't prepared as I had requested. I called the restaurant and went back to get a replacement. Unfortunately, the new sandwich looked just as unappealing as the first one. I had asked for extra mayo, but it was completely soaked in it—almost as if half the bottle had been poured on! When the manager inquired if everything was okay, I mentioned that it looked awful, and she simply replied, "Well, you asked for extra mayo." I certainly won't be coming back to this place!

Having worked at Whataburger, I know all the breakfast items are kept in warming trays. Please improve your efficiency.
