Starbucks - Arden

I parked to dispose of the cup, grab some napkins, and request a remake. As I was cleaning up the mess, I intended to go back inside to pay for another Caramel Macchiato. To my surprise, the young woman I asked for a remake not only brought my new coffee outside to me but also gave me a towel to help with the spill. I didn’t even have to pay for the second one, which I truly appreciated. The staff here is consistently fantastic, and this experience showed that they go the extra mile for their customers. I really needed that coffee before my 10-hour shift. Kudos to the crew at this Starbucks!

This location consistently has issues with making drinks correctly. It’s worth the extra drive to go to a different location. Food: 2/5

In my view, tipping should be reserved for waitstaff, who often earn below minimum wage and rely on tips for their livelihood. They provide services such as bringing food to your table, refilling drinks, and cleaning up after meals—services that food delivery workers also offer. Overall, this experience left me wondering about a couple of things: What justifies the need for tips in this setting? Are the employees receiving a living wage?

Typical Starbucks coffee. Expensive for what it is, I would much rather go to a local shop but they are a bit out of the way. Starbucks is definitely not as good as it used to be.Food: 3/5

Wonderful place! Great matcha latte! Good table arrangement. Clean, comfortable, intimate. This is how Starbucks should be. Adequate and professional staff who do not shout or laugh loudly. Behind the counter, you can not hear the knocks of dishes and noise. Pleasant music. If I could, I would give 6 stars!
