What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Driving through was closed, so I had to go in. They have cars in their parking lot. It's hard to go without running from all big trucks. The pilot here is a view of the city of Braselton. View all feedback.
Best McDonald is in our area. My drive-thru order is always correct. I know four other McDonald's in my morning street because none of them is as fast and as fast as this.
The McDonald's on Long Shoals Road always has Fresh French fries and that is a pretty important thing. Always fast service in the drive thru and curbside ordering.
We were traveling and looking for a clean safe bathroom. Mcdonald's bathroom was pretty decent. My family also enjoyed the breakfast.
Waited in drive thru 25 minutes with no one saying anything to us, this was at 1am. It is a 24 hour McDonalds. Service is super slow. No one acts like they know what they are doing. Waited on car in other lane first even though I was there before. When I expressed I was upset over this I got no apology he just ignored what I said. The hot and spicy chicken sandwich wasn't available even though it was on the menu. Would not recommend!
Twice in row. Overcooked and/or old chicken nuggets. That?s supposed to be golden, airy and juicy. Barely meat left inside because it?s so dried out. I realize we come when your peak isn?t happening but should still be provided good quality food. My kiddo would appreciate it most being on a nugget menu diet alone.
