Ihop - Arden

We were seated almost immediately. We came around noon so the breakfast rush was over. Place seemed clean. Our server was the sweetest. I think her name is Kelly. Food came promptly and was delicious. I had strawberry pancakes and my husband had an omelet. Nice portions too. Hot chocolate was the best! I would recommend !

After moving away from A B that were failures (other venues , we opted for Plan C. Thankfully, we had a great server, Amber, who was running the floor, handling everything in a friendly and efficient manner. There was a MOD on duty, doing tasks somewhat behind the scenes. (From my former MOD days, paperwork, bussing tables, and handling the million tidbits to keep things running smoothly, incl sidework, cleaning, food orders, coaching staff, etc. The coffee and food were hot and good. We had a mix of dinner and breakfast combos and extras to celebrate a young Adulting's birthday. Crepe combo, egg combo, French toast combo with bacon, etc. Everything was great. Delicious.To all diners anyone going out for a meal, a drink, a coffee no matter your class 2% to us 98%ers, TIP your servers 20% . They're still making what we servers were making in the 80s, 2.13/hr tips. It may take a revolution for that to change.

My food is delicious and my waitresses is always wonderful. Amber R is always nice and was very pleased.
