Unfortunately, the service left... read more I celebrated my birthday at the Lait Garden in Varedo. The location is fantastic and the food really good, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired: we had to ask for the same things multiple times because they never arrived, and the staff was unhelpful. I had arranged in advance that the cake and sparkling wine would be delivered at midnight, to celebrate the exact moment of my birthday... but they arrived over half an hour late. Furthermore, the cake was served without the candles I had brought. When I had it returned, they brought it back with used candles, not mine, and the original ones were never returned to me. It's a shame, because the experience could have been perfect, but it was ruined by the careless management of a special occasion.

Booking was easy via the website, and I... read more I went to this restaurant for the first time, which I only knew by name, for my wife's fifteenth engagement anniversary. Booking was easy via the website, and I emailed them to request a floral arrangement for the occasion. Everything went perfectly, and my wife was thrilled with the surprise. The bouquet was beautiful, the flowers incredibly fresh and fragrant, absolutely fitting for the price and the setting. Dinner was excellent. We shared a delicious pizza for an appetizer (thin, crispy, and wonderfully balanced), and for our main course we had grilled meat, which was very, very good. The desserts were also excellent. The service made us feel pampered the entire evening, and the warm, intimate atmosphere also contributed to making it an unforgettable experience.
