When it comes to dining experiences, this restaurant has unfortunately earned a reputation for disappointment. My typical order at this restaurant is a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on a dark bun. However, the bun I received was the whitest I have ever seen. When I checked the receipt, it said dark, but that was a big mistake.
I've been to this place a few times and I can say they don't have customer service, but this experience was different. We went in and ordered egg and cheese biscuits. The lady at the counter is the reason for this review. She was very nice and beat our new favorite egg, cheese and pimento cheese biscuits. She used coupon for us to get a better deal. Hina was very nice and I appreciate her going beyond and beyond to make our experience wonderful. This restaurant has many maintenance problems and the carelessness of the staff is the main reason for it. No napkins on the counter and other things are missing.
Has got to be the worse bojangles I have ever eaten at. I have been here multiple times and every time it?s cold/old food, it?s never fresh even when I ask for fresh food. Today we got 3 combos, the fries was hard and it?s like they dumped the salt all over them and the chicken sandwich?s was cold and so thin it was like all crust, no chicken. This place needs a serious reality check. They need a manager that is really going to step this place up.

If you want to do something painful and deciding between putting sausage in a meat grinder or going to this place, go to this place. It?s an absolute clown show watching incompetence at its finest. Whoever hired these Joe Biden replicas need to havetheir job on the line. CLOSE THIS PLACE!
