They took my order three times, but in... read more I visited the Archbold location in Archbold, Ohio, and I was surprised to find that all five staff members were managers. They took my order three times, but in the end, it was still incorrect. My green peppers were missing, and my sandwich wasn’t toasted properly. It took multiple attempts to get the toasting right. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience. They definitely need to undergo further training.

The only thing they did right was the bread, but they didn’t toast it. They added almost everything to the sandwiches. Overall, it wasn’t very good.
