I visited the Archbold location in Archbold, Ohio, and I was surprised to find that all five staff members were managers. They took my order three times, but in the end, it was still incorrect. My green peppers were missing, and my sandwich wasn’t toasted properly. It took multiple attempts to get the toasting right. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience. They definitely need to undergo further training.
The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. I ordered takeout for lunch.
The girl that made our subs seemed upset and she put the white paper in with the subs and did not wrap the sandwiches right and kind of threw the receipt at me
