When we first walked in no one greeted us even though there were 3 wait staff nearby. After a few awkward moments we just picked a table and sat down. A waitress came over and gave us the menus and took our drink order. A few minutes later she came back with our drinks and took our food order. They were far from busy with maybe 5 or 6 other tables with most having their food already. That was the last time the waitress came to our table until 45 minutes later when our food finally showed up. The dinner crowd had by that time come in and they were busy. I don't know if she forgot to place our order or what but that is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for two sandwiches with fries. A table nearby also seemed to be perturbed about a long wait time so I'm guessing the cook just isn't cut out for it, but an explanation and apology would have been nice.
