Food is always on point. Contrary to what other people are saying the Lady who works nights is one of the nicest people I know. She has a heart of gold, but doesn’t give time for anyones BS. Treat her nicely and she’ll take care of you.

I tried to explain that I didn't want cold coffee, but his answer was simply, “Nope, this is what you get, and there are no refunds.” I made it clear that I was... read more I tried to explain that I didn't want cold coffee, but his answer was simply, “Nope, this is what you get, and there are no refunds.” I made it clear that I wasn't looking for a refund—I just wanted hot coffee—and handed the cup back to him. Instead of accommodating me, he threw it in the garbage and told me to leave. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the guy with curly hair. It's evident that he has never been taught how to interact with customers. I later discovered that the entire establishment, from management to cashiers, seems to have a complete disregard for customer service. I've never left a review for any business in my life, but I felt compelled to share this experience in hopes that it helps someone else.

At first, I thought it might have just been me, but after observing her for a while, I saw her yelling and being disrespectful to other customers who were simply minding their own business. I really enjoy the food here, but honestly, I would rather get donuts from Safeway than deal with getting yelled at for no reason.
