the service was great. the chef was also great.....that was eating was fresh and plentiful....we had laughs, skalopps, datei mignon and shrimps....was very fresh and tasty.....and that was the second time that we were in this restaurant....it was a great experience and will definitely visit again. What User doesn't like about Tokyo Wako Arcadia Teppanyaki Dining:
We had reservations at 7:30. We got there at 7:15. They did not Seat until 830. After we sat down, we didn’t have a waiter. Come and ask us for our drink order for about 40 minutes they had forgot about our table. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever been to. Service was terrible. I would not go back. Horrible sewer smells as I went into the restroom, wasn’t clean either.
Reminds me of Benihana's. I thought the teriyaki steak was pretty tasty.
We had our office Christmas party there last Friday. Nice atmosphere, good food, good service. Thanks for making this evening a pleasant one.
Great dining experience, our cook was amazing and staff was always available.
The A/C was not working. Room was very hot. I missed the bean sprouts as part of the veggies. The cook was great and the food was perfectly cooked.
