The Cheesecake Factory - Arcadia

We got here just around noon on a Saturday and the wait was only about 5 minutes. We got the Shepard's pie on the lunch special menu as well as the fried chicken and waffle Benedict. Both are great brunch options! The chicken was tender and crispy yet not overly salty at all. The poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Very solid egg dish! We also go the lunch edition Shepard's pie and it's exactly what we are expecting and great portion for sharing as well! Can't forget about the brown bread simply the best! (We totally forgot to take pictures until half way through! A very solid option if you are looking for brunch spots in the area!

My wife and I enjoy the food and the service at the Cheesecake Factory everything we order a meal the food looks so good and the aroma coming from the food from other table is overwhelming no wonder everybody enjoy the Cheesecake Factory. The Cheesecake Factory in Santa Anita mall in Arcadia gets really busy we notice right away. We came early to have our dinner then dessert with a piece of their delicious cheesecake. We wait for couple of minutes to get our table then they text me our table was ready. The hostess hand us the menu and we were looking at the menu what to order. My wife order the Bristo Burger and I order the Cubano sandwich and we also order our drinks. They brought us bread and butter they were very good. The waitess bring us our meal it looks so good. The Cubano sandwich look so like an the original you see in Miami,FL in Calle Ocho. I order a side salad instead the fries. The sandwich was incredible good with so much flavors like the roast pork and the ham and the Swiss cheese,mustard and pickles bring those flavor in one classic sandwich. The side salad was really good. My wife enjoy her Bistro burger very much after we finished with our meal we decided to order dessert. We order a slice of Triple Berry this Cheesecake is incredible good with so much flavor in a cheesecakes.

I haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in the longest time but I do remember that the wait times can be very long, especially on a weekend. This was my first time at this Arcadia location. It was a Saturday around 3pm. Because we were with our in-laws and cousins (9 of us I went in to see if I can get a reservation. The hostess said they don't typically do that but she asked her manager anyway. The manager was AJ. He was very nice and accommodating. He asked how many of us in our party. Since I wanted an earlier dinner time (5pm he said he can give me the reservation. SWEET!! When we got there at our reservation time, they had us seated at a nice, big, round table that perfectly fit our big party of 9. Another pleasant surprise! Three of the guests were kids so it was nice we didn't get seated at a booth where people would have to move in case someone needs to go to the bathroom. I got the HERB CRUSTED FILET OF SALMON with a delicious lemon sauce, asparagus and mashed potatoes. It was recommended by the waitress and it was DELICIOUS!! Love the herb on top and creamy lemon sauce! Now my memories started coming back of what Cheesecake was known for (aside from the obvious! .....the yummy, warm pumpernickel bread and that generous serving of their mashed potatoes with the skin! They also gave a nice little birthday treat for my son. It started getting really busy towards the evening so it was hard to flag down our waitress to pay for the check. I saw AJ talk to my father-in-law since he was visibly annoyed by the wait. All in all, this was a wonderful experience for our family. Thank you AJ for being an amazing manager!! You honored my request and didn't hesitate to address my FIL's concern. Thank you also to the waitstaff for you patience with such a large group!

I had an overall positive experience. The service was good, and the staff were attentive. They initially messed up my first order, but they promptly cooked me a new dish and sincerely apologized for the mistake. The food was overall a 9/10. The chicken in the Pasta Da Vinci was a bit dry, though I believe that's just how it typically is prepared. Additionally, one side of the crispy Chicken Costoletta was a little too crispy, almost burnt. Despite these minor issues, I appreciated their effort to make things right, and I would likely return for another meal.

Cheesecake Factory is one of the better chain restaurants why? Let's find out! First, it never fails to get good service, they are always very attentive, even on busy days. I came with a party of 5 and were seated by the host and greeted by the waitress. I love the setting of this place, romantic, classy, and modern all in one. The menu options included Italian, American, Asian, cocktails, lighter fare for those on a diet, and plenty of options for those not on a diet lol. Ordered the chicken pasta on the lighter fare menu paired with a Stella and Oreo cheesecake. Talk about a balanced meal? Haha, beer came out in 5 mins, food in 15 mins. Very quick! Quality is on point, I thought the pasta is on the smaller side however.
