From all dairy tea shops I regularly go to the 626 area, which stands out over this place, is that you can actually taste the tea in the milk tea (instead of creamer) and the service. The young adults who work here are always up on their game drinks are made fast, and the workers are friendly and polite. I also know they have quite decent food and snacks! Would recommend the braided pig with rice and popcorn chicken. View all feedback.

Ten Ren's Tea Time a classic place to get milk tea. I like the flavors of the Jasmine green tea here. Parking is easy with a huge lot in the front. Service is okay. Overall: Will return when craving boba in the area. View all feedback.
OMG! If you love ice cream coffee that is better than Starbucks, you must pay a visit to this place! I got her house ice cream caramel coffee and it was incredible!! Great and tasteful that comes in a super sweet plastic cup. My favorite is the black cup. You also have many other flavors of coffee, tea and hot food that you can order. Great place for outside food and conversations. Definitely found my new ice cream coffee house.
Happy hour 3 to 5 on teas. The chick curry is soo good try it.
Fast service and tasty drinks! We got the milk icee drinks: carmel black sugar, and mango flavored from right to left. Came for the $3 happy hour deal and was worth it! Will come here again for the deal soon! *edit: their cup changed the second time I came again. Got much smaller! And more ice and less toppings!
Good teas and food menu that include hotpots! Great convenient location with ample parking near by.
I've gone to this place multiple times and wanted to give a fleshed out review by trying their food and drink before saying anything! Drinks: tried several teas, milk ice and milk teas. Every single one was great! Will keep coming back for that. If I could split the review and only give for that it would be 5 stars for sure! Food: This is why the review only has 4 stars. The chicken cold noodles was the worst I've ever had. The noodles were a weird consistency. The sauces were clearly cheap bottle with no flavor. And instead of cucumbers it was cabbage with carrots. The actual chicken was fine but I started feeling sick halfway through the bowl and stopped. Real disappointment. If I could I'd give the place 3 1/2 stars because the food is a no go but I will return for the drinks.
