Adding water to the drinks t... read more The initial mix-up with my order was frustrating enough, but to have the replacement drinks also made incorrectly was unacceptable. Adding water to the drinks to reach the desired fill not only diminishes the quality but also undermines the entire experience. If I wanted hot water, I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. The drinks tasted bland and watery, lacking any real flavor. I hope Share Tea takes this feedback seriously and works to improve their service. As a loyal customer, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered, especially when I’m paying for it. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I'm now hesitant to return to Share Tea in the future.

When we first wa... read more It had been quite awhile since we had been to Sharetea, so we headed over for a quick drink stop. We were amazed at how bad our experience was. When we first walked in we noticed how extremely cluttered the store was. There was stuff everywhere! Also, the tables are all pushed to the side with boxes stacked on them. We get it if you still don't want people sitting in the store, even when everywhere else does again, but don't use the tables as storage out in customer view. Also, the manager/owner was sitting on one of the tables constantly yelling at the staff. If you don't like what an employee is doing, get your bum off the table, walk over to them, and tell them quietly. Between his yelling, the loud music, and the sound of the blenders, we couldn't hear the young man who was trying to take our order. This is likely the cause of most of our drink orders being incorrect. We were so rattled by the yelling and the cluttered mess that we couldn't get out fast enough. This used to be a cute shop with good drinks, but our Sharetea days are definitely over.

The kid wasn't even being trained, just interviewed. How can someone scream at a high school student who is just trying to secure a job? I feel so sorry for all his employees. I will never return to this place, and I'm making sure to share my experience with everyone.
