I really enjoy their pizza slices and baked ziti pasta. Plus, their Slice Society rewards program provides some great deals.

The phone number didn’t work, and my order arrived over three hours late. When the delivery driver finally showed up, they were six blocks away. I had to walk almost 20 minutes in pouring rain to retrieve my soaking wet food. Then, I walked another 20 minutes back in the rain. The food was not only ice cold but also drenched. I spent over $100 for a large order, and this experience was completely unacceptable.

I've had this dish many times before and usually loved it, but it seems like the quality has changed. Maybe there's new management, or perhaps times are tough. Check the menu carefully before you order!
