What User doesn't like about Four Sea/si Hai Arcadia:
the lady who took my order spoke to me in mandarin, I told her I don't understand, asked to speak English (they have an English menu). she was very rude, yelling at me, what do I want? I want to command you. I never come back here again! View all feedback. What User likes about Four Sea/si Hai Arcadia:
It is OK place although you see lots of customers... See their 油條is chewy like a rubber gum if you are expecting it should be crispy and crunchy. This is a requirement for any soybean breakfast joint to be qualified as such View all feedback.

So disgusting. The hair in the rice roll. Bad service.
Food quality is similar to other si hai I have visited except that the place is a little smaller compared to the others.
