Paul's - Arbutus
Paul's
Description
Paul’s offers a charming, old-school atmosphere with friendly service and reasonable prices, making it a neighborhood staple. The menu shines with standout dishes like crab cakes, crab dip, fish and chips, and a flavorful Greek omelet catered to dietary needs. Coffee and homemade pie receive praise, as do well-prepared home fries and quality bacon. However, some breakfast items—such as omelets, breakfast potatoes, and sandwiches—have been criticized for blandness and under-seasoning, and a few entrees lack garnish or sauce. Overall, Paul’s is appreciated for hearty portions and comfort food but experiences inconsistency in flavor and preparation.

Simple yet great food and incredibly welcoming atmosphere. This become my favorite place!
Very small town kinda place. Good food and very good price. Wait staff is top notch! Get the French toast and bacon. You won't regret it!
The worst salad I have ever tasted OMG the chicken had a smell with no good taste just like it came out of straight boil water. I don’t understand how it even has 4 stars I will never buy from here never again!!
We started with the crab dip, which was loaded with lump crab meat and well-seasoned with Old Bay. For the main course, we had the crab cake dinner, which was another hit! There was hardly any filler, and the crab cake was perfectly cooked. The asparagus was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We’ll definitely be back!
