It's the highest level of cooking we've experienced in the Costa Verde they take great pride and obviously great care in putting together the dishes they serve. We started with the shared appetizer at 40 euros, not cheap but it turned out to be a parade of 7 different dishes served to each of us, each more interesting than the last. Steamed cockles in oil and garlic; swordfish sashimi; fried eel; lobster... it went on and on. For mains my husband had a seafood pasta excellent and I had the sea urchin pasta, which was spectacular. It tastes of the sea and nothing else. I adored it. We shared a fruit tiramisu and a pistachio mousse for dessert both were fine, but the savory dishes are what to aim for here. The place is booked for weddings every Saturday of the summer season, so make other plans for your Saturday night, but otherwise, head here immediately!! Service was also impeccable.
