I think everyone could take their cue from the young German with the long black hair. The woman has it. Always check on the guests and ask them whether everything is still okay. Always bustling around, cleaning, preparing... I've been there a few times and have never seen the woman take a break. Really great, if only everyone were like that. Then you would have full stars. The person alone deserves 5 stars
