Dishes crafted with great care, top-quality ingredients, and surprisingly pleasant combinations of flavors and tastes. Excellent service. A simple, refined, and welcoming location. Highly recommended!
We had dinner at Giorè for Father's Day and used a The Fork discount coupon. Let's start with the fact that the menu available online (The Fork, Google, the website) is slightly different from what's available in-house, so this was a bit disconcerting, at least initially. Of the various dishes we chose, the octopus rosticciana was definitely the most popular and most appreciated—it was truly excellent. The two first courses were also excellent with the carbonara and the pasta with ragù. I personally had the tartare with egg (which I asked them to remake because there was a hair on the egg) and the duck with pumpkin cream (definitely my least favorite of all the dishes). The bread with oil served as a welcome dish was excellent, however—it was truly delicious. The service was spartan and simple. One negative point was the price, which everyone considered somewhat excessive for what they ate.
First time at Gioré, excellent experience. Very pretty and charming location, converted from a 17th-century oil mill, expertly renovated. Impeccable welcome and very friendly, polite, and precise service. We tried the tagliolini with wild boar ragù, very good and a generous portion. The potato gnocchi with saffron and monkfish were truly delicious , very fresh and delicate but rich in flavor. The duck CBT was very good, especially the combination with the pumpkin sauce. The desserts are also well-crafted: the dark chocolate cake was delicious, and the tiramisu was a surprise, especially for its unusual, evocative, and innovative plating
Welcoming place, impeccable service, and truly excellent food. Recommended for a quiet, quality dinner. The duck, in particular, is amazing; they prepare it even better than the French. Highly recommended.
Giorè: 5 course tasting menu dessert Grilled cuttlefish Risotto with pink shrimp (EXCELLENT) Seafood tagliolini (EXCELLENT) Sea bass millefeuille (NOT EXCELLENT) Grilled octopus (WOW) Tiramisu (TOO MUCH cocoa) Cost: €50 excluding drinks and service charge, very little for everything they offered. Plus, if you book on The Fork for the à la carte dishes, you can get a 50% discount.

The food was EXCELLENT. would say expensive for Puglia but decent in general. Fast and attentive service. I would however not bring my 85 year old parents. Why ? Because COVID protocols were not followed. Two waiters had a mask. The head waiter (owner? did not. The guests walked in without mask and no one said anything
Absolutely particular a gourmet restaurant with few tables an ancient environment but modernly thought with a fashion atelier wholesale in the same environment. A fusion of tradition and modernity absolutely pleasant. Classical dishes and not elaborated in a pleasant way and with great profession and excellent raw material surely in the vast majority local. a great gourmet restaurant within the pockets of many.
Good service and friendliness of all staff. We requested 1 cutlery to the sea ragù and 1 dumpling with fisherman and saffron; for second 2 cod in cooking oil. All quality. A little high prices, however, considered the location of the restaurant in a location in the hinterland of Lecce, dampened by the 30% discount applied with The fork. Surely high the cost of the covered €. 3,50 cad. considered also the total absence of tablecloth and that you eat on the table "nudo".

Nice restaurant in the center of aradeo. nice and clean place, with that tip of elegance that never needs to be lost. good dishes, Salento specialties, but not only. recommended recommended
Very nice location, old olive grove in the center of aradeo, furnished by wise hands. excellent raw material, dishes processed with bold combinations. excessive prices for powerful pockets.
Visited with the fork with discount of 50.% local cute, good service, most tables without tablecloth, good dishes but a little too sophisticated, very high prices! I had a strong suspicion that there was the menu dedicated to the fork with inflated prices. and also with the discount of 50% the account is very salty!
