Al 72 - ARADEO

Very good pizza, light dough and truly genuine ingredients. I recommend booking or going in the early evening on weekends otherwise you'll have to wait a bit. The only flaw of the pizza but it is a somewhat subjective opinion, the dough inside was too thin and therefore difficult to eat with your hands, necessarily with a fork and knife, but the quality is really good.

Excellent pizzeria and restaurant, I go there often and I must say that the pizzas are really excellent in the various flavors offered, among which the one from the AL72 house stands out with the edges filled with ricotta. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The composition of the room is interesting, i.e. all the complete furnishings. If you want to eat a Neapolitan pizza with a long leavening to be more digestible, you are in the right place. A good variety of pizzas with refined ingredients; it is possible to eat appetizers, both first courses and second courses accompanied by a good selection of wines and beers. In the summer season you can sit in the outdoor garden although it is advisable to book because it is not very large and fills up quickly. It's a nice place, the service offered is quick and attentive. Recommended for families, groups, couples, an evening with friends or even alone to enjoy something tasty.

Pizza is something magical. Absolutely worth trying for anyone coming to Salento. Ask to do it Neapolitan style. The restaurant is also large and welcoming, in summer you will find outdoor seating. Friendly staff and short waiting times. Highly recommended.

Really very good pizza, genuine ingredients.. simple but welcoming environment. The lack of the last star is due to the fact that the bathrooms are absolutely dirty (and without soap) and that receipts must be issued without the customer having to request it.......
