Firstly, the atmosphere in this pub is great, as the owner is a big fan of Liverpool FC and of the local team, UTA Arad (the name of the place comes from UTA's nickname - "Bătrâna doamnă - the Old Lady") and the rooms are decorated with supporter merchandise, like scarves, old photos, badges and posters with these two teams. The best place in town for a beer with friends. It's a big happy family! waiters are very friendly and everything is possible if you only ask
We visited the pub with some old friends, had drinks and dinners. The stuff was professional, but friendly and we had a great time. Prices are durable, food well made and drinks different

You have very good and affordable beer while the food is also good: I recommend the crispy chicken wings. They also offer a delicious daily menu (soup main course, which costs only about 3 euros. The only disadvantage is the location to be a bit far from the center, but it is definitely worth visiting on a day of play!
A typical small pub atmosphere, similar to what we saw in small towns in Wales. Pleasant atmosphere, prompt service and a wide range of cold draft beer. Rock music from the 70 'and 80 '.I spent a pleasant afternoon with my colleagues. We will probably return...this summer.
I'm currently living in Romania as a volunteer and I find this place one of the best pubs in town. The quality of the service depends of the waitress(normally very nice and friendly). The beer is cheap and if you love football there are always...a game to watch. I can 100 recommended the old lady's pub !!!
