I ordered a steak and cheese, but the quality has really gone downhill. I couldn't even see what they were putting in my sandwich. There was barely any meat, and they used honey oat wheat bread instead of the regular wheat. The mayo and mustard were spilling out everywhere. I couldn’t even eat it!

Instead of providing hands-on support, he was directing the waitstaff step by step. As we were finishing our meal, he walked into the dining area with a fresh cup of coffee and spent his time on his phone while the employees behind the counter tidied up the restaurant.

However, for the second one, the woman decided to make it her way instead of following my order. I tried to explain that I didn’t want it that way, but she ignored me and went ahead with her version. When another employee was about to add the veggies, I pointed out that it wasn’t my sandwich and explained what I actually wanted. The first woman reacted with a bad attitude, but the second one stepped in and offered to remake it. She started from scratch and made it correctly. Meanwhile, the first woman went to wash dishes in the back. The second lady apologized and told me that the other employee can be a bit difficult. I told her that if she can’t take customer orders properly, she shouldn’t be working here. The second woman agreed.
