What User doesn't like about Papa John's Pizza:
WORST customer service pizza place in Arabic. Late several times at delivery, once an hour and half. They said they couldn't find us. We live in Sundown across from the store. Every time we call, we're in control for more than 10 minutes, and when we call back, because they clearly forget us, they hang up. Terrible place. And the pizza is not so great. View all feedback.

I love the Arab Papa John's. As long as you call ahead or order online before you head up there, your pizza is ready. The employees are great and it is always extremely clean.
Not bad pizza but a 99 health score is what I like.
They would have got five stars but when I asked for extra peppler's they did not give them to me
I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas takeout. They said 20 mins. Once I arrived 20 mins later they said it would be 10 more mins and they would bring it to my car. After another 20 mins I went back in and they couldn?t find my pizzas. Once they were found sitting in the pick up area they made excuses and didn?t offer anything to make up for the extra wait. I won?t be back!!!
