Mcdonald's - Arab

The shake machine had been broken for almost a month witch they said had been fixed so today @12:40 I tried to order a Lg.Choc. Milkshake and the machine was in Heat Mode witch is what I was told. Well due to my experience as fast food Management for 41/2 year I know for a Fact that you schedule the cleaning of the machine at close or near closing and that In turn sets your Heat Cycle .So long Story Short this needs to be addressed A.S.A.P.

I have been sitting in line for almost 30 minutes. They are literally taking one order, filling it then taking the next. If I didn't have very hungry kids I would leave immediately. There is ZERO excuse for being this slow. FINALLY got to the window.Took 3 minutes before anyone answered the bell. Gave them my order and the girl didn't take it down. Someone else had to doit. Got to the window and NO buckets for the kids meals. They could have had the courtesy to tell me at the speaker, but NO. Sonow I plan on making a call to corporate because there was no reason for anything that happened. McDonald's is pathetic. Not asingle one is worth visiting.

Did not give what I ordered, and when I called her after I came home, the only offer was to drive through the line and get what was gone. Sweet tea wasn't sweet

If your lucky you might get something close to ok at Arab MCD. It's been that way for years. Can't explain why. You'd think eventual somebody would figure something out
