The worst customer service I've seen from a GENERAL manager in a long time. I ordered western omelet with fruit. They say they are out of fruit. I get the omelet with barely any vegetables in it, so I ask them for more veges. Manager (Darla) took my plate with the toast, I ate ZERO bites. They decide to remake the omelet with even less veges AND didn't bring back my toast. So I ask them to just take it back and remove it from the bill. The manager Darla says I'm not welcome back! WHAT? I never raised my voice, didn't swear, just asked them to make it right calm as a cucumber. I asked who the GM was since clearly this manager was unhinged, and its DARLA! So I asked for the corporate number and was told they don't have it! WHAT? Ok I googled it and called in a complaint. Still tipped the waitress and paid for the other 2 meals we had. Been at this location lots and unfortunately we won't be going back to this location without an apology. Had such a nice breakfast this morning Andi was my server she was nice and very communicative, she did well, the food tasted just like a good home cooked meal, thanks to my cook mango, service was excellent, food was delicious, it’s very worth it.
