I went there today and here's the experience I had, the waiter was quite nice but when we got our food, my chicken sandwich had no toppings, just two pieces of bread and a piece of chicken together, I didn't want to be a bother so i just didn't eat it. I asked for Dr pepper and it was diet, I didn't request diet but it is what it is Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch View all feedback.
The worst customer service I've seen from a GENERAL manager in a long time. I ordered western omelet with fruit. They say they are out of fruit. I get the omelet with barely any vegetables in it, so I ask them for more veges. Manager (Darla) took my plate with the toast, I ate ZERO bites. They decide to remake the omelet with even less veges AND didn't bring back my toast. So I ask them to just take it back and remove it from the bill. The manager Darla says I'm not welcome back! WHAT? I never raised my voice, didn't swear, just asked them to make it right calm as a cucumber. I asked who the GM was since clearly this manager was unhinged, and its DARLA! So I asked for the corporate number and was told they don't have it! WHAT? Ok I googled it and called in a complaint. Still tipped the waitress and paid for the other 2 meals we had. Been at this location lots and unfortunately we won't be going back to this location without an apology. We've had several good experiences here. The food is good and even when they've been busy we've had good service. There's also a few servers that go above and beyond to be nice which is greatly appreciated.
