Our experience at this restaurant in Jordan was extremely disappointing. The service was lacking, the food was mediocre, tasteless, and served cold. The meat was dry but at least filled us up. A service charge was added to the bill, even though it wasn't deserved. Despite signs indicating otherwise, they insisted on cash payment only, without giving a reason. We have just arrived at Aqaba from the MSC cruise and have seen this café and decided to give it an attempt to give it a first impression, its very well-designed and well-decorated space, London topics. We ordered cappuccinos and an ice chip and ice tea, and all of them are satisfied with their drinks! They have 2 seats on a balcony and inside, both are amazing. You have music playing and a bird tweeting it is a really nice environment here. And the customer service is AMAZING : Overall I would give him 10/10
The customer service at Azad is excellent, with large portions of delicious food. The staff even offered us the option of having breakfast and the Shisha was also delicious. If you're in Aqaba, Azad is a must-visit spot. Thanks to the team for a great experience.

The owner is friendly and provides excellent service. The food and drinks are delicious, and the prices are fair. The restaurant has a beautiful view and decorations. They even have a designated space for kids, which I appreciate.
