Milk was old. It was sitting in the pitcher already dirty from the previous use. He steamed it to boiling and poured into my cup. He used about 10gr of coffee from the grinder (32gr is the industry norm for an expresso shot), run it through the espresso machine way too quickly (10 sec instead of the typical 25sec ; under pulled the shot). Which basically created bitter water, NOT coffee. Overall you get .50c of a product and pay 5 sheikil for it. And the product that tastes like hot old ****. Terrible!
