Le chef, maître restaurateur, est aussi un maître saucier remarquable qui sait cuisiner les viandes avec art et talent ; je vous conseille les ris de veau aux morilles et/ou (plutôt ou, parce que vu la générosité du plat, vous ne pourrez pas déguster les deux en un seul repas) le pavé de bœuf Rossini. eating was ok. not exceptional, especially for the price. unfortunately not much choice in this opposite. the frog legs were ok, but there was a little salt missing. the bet was very bad. the sauces were good. the desert was badly executed, but tasty. First time in this restaurant, a very long service, the thighs of ultra-cooked dry frogs, persillad, burned, no butter, and the dish was medium, the accompaniments, not terrible, even if the meat was tender, the desserts do not match the price ask, simple cream burned too burnt....

Very nice evening. A restaurant without pretention, with rustic but good taste, welcome and tasty dishes. Cold molds in amuse mouth and original Royan Salad copier and taster. Nicely cooked Norman calf. Excellent trout fillet. We're out! Easy service discreet and pleasant. We'll be back!
Traditional French cuisine very well executed me, good products. Beautiful cooking and especially very good sauces! Careful and welcoming service.
