I just experienced the best customer service I've ever had at a Dunkin' location, thanks to Julia. She was incredibly friendly and made the best coffee I've ever tasted, even taking the extra time to stir in the ingredients. Julia has great potential for management. The world could definitely use more people like her! View all feedback.
